Answer: No. We do not include any backdoors, tracking mechanisms, or hidden access in the source code. You receive full ownership and complete control over the licensed source code. Once delivered, the software operates independently under your control, according to the license terms.

Answer: Our standard support package includes:

Question: What happens after the 6-month support period ends?
Answer: After the initial 6-month support period, support is provided on an on-call basis. Charges depend on the complexity of the issue and the time required to resolve it. Estimated costs are communicated transparently in advance before any work begins.
For growing businesses, we also offer monthly or long-term support agreements that provide ongoing assistance and priority handling.
Question: Do you provide customization or feature development??
Answer: Yes. Customization and feature development are available as separate paid services.
Our customization rate is USD 12.50 per hour. To request customization, please email info@doorsoft.co with a detailed description of your requirements. Our team will review the request and provide an estimated timeline and cost before proceeding.
Question: What technical knowledge is required to use or deploy the software?
Answer: Basic technical knowledge is recommended.
